My teacher training put you in the position to teach authentic and life affirming Yoga classes.
It is important to me that in addition to the experience of your own regular yoga practice, you also bring personality and authenticity into your lessons.
Your identity and integrity are the foundation of your teaching and should be shared with your students in a structured and unfolded way.
As a yoga teacher, you create a sacred, sheltered space that enables your students to reflect, develop, and maintain body and mind powerful, healthy, and supple.
Orte & Möglichkeiten zur Yoga Ausbildung
Teacher trainings in Moedling, next to Vienna starts annually in January. The modules take place on weekends.
The following training variants are possible:
250 h (200h+ Yoga Alliance)
550 h (500h+ Yoga Alliance)
300 h Advanced Course

Die 200 h Yoga Ausbildung in Ilsede bei Hannover startet järhlich und findet in berufsbegleitenden Wochenend-Modulen statt.
Ergänzend dazu findet im Mai eine Intensiv-Woche im Ashram Bad Meinberg statt.

Die Ausbildung im Ursprungsland des Yoga, Indien / Goa, kann in 2 Modulen (2018 und 2019) oder als Ganzes in 4 Wochen absolviert werden. Yogalehrende mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung und dem Wunsch, tiefer einzutauchen, können auch in das Modul 2 einsteigen.
Ort:
Im Vedic Valley-Resort in Morjim erwartet dich ein besonderes Indien. Während der Ausbildung ist ausreichend Zeit für ruhige Strandspaziergänge, stimmungsvolle Sonnenuntergänge oder auch für ayurvedische Behandlunge.
